Instituto Maria De Mattias: Photos

Aracely teaches Language, Kachikel (a Mayan language)and Science. She is very busy! She is a graduate of the Institute and lives in the village of La Labor. She is married and has one son Jeremy. Her father digs wells and he helped us dig a well at the Institute. Aracely really wants to work with youth who aspire to one day become professionals.

Ella dice que es bonito ser parte de la familia de Maria De Mattias. Para ella, el Instituto es muy accesible, el lugar es calmado, sus instalaciones son comodas. Lo mas bonito es "que tuve la oportunidad de ser alumna y es super genial!!"

Luis is a kind and gentle soul who has been at the Institute for 10 years. He teaches in the afternoon, language, science and Kachikel (a Mayan language). He enjoys the friendships here and time with his coworkers. The students look to him often for counsel and the occasional hug.

El sabe que Maria De Mattias es una gran santa y ha ayudado a muchas personas. Le gusta mucho el companerismo que hay, el respeto que se maneja entre alumnos, alumnas y docentes, las acividades que se realizan entre todos y todas, manejando una bonita amistad.
